ABOUT ME

Ángel María Sánchez García (born Cádiz, June 1 1980) best known as Pelu Sanchéz is a guitarist, percussionist, composer and sound engineer. From a young age, he showed a great interest in all things related to music. But it was not until he was 15 that he discovered his passion, playing the electric guitar. As there were no music schools in his town most of his knowledge of the instrument came from teaching himself. Two years later Pelu became interested in percussion and he started to teach himself the drums. During this time he played in various local groups of differing styles either as a guitarist or drummer. No recordings were made with any of these groups, but he did perform many concerts all over the province of Cadiz.
